All orders are processed within 3-4 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note that non individual update will be sent, Client will need to reach out for any update. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

• Tracking numbers are sent once your order has been shipped.

 

• KmarieCreativeWorld is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, please contact USPS regarding any issues with shipping. Once your order is handed to USPS it is no longer our responsibility.

 

• If you need to have product delivered, we can deliver locally to Lebanon-Hershey, Pennsylvania area for an additional delivery fee.
  

 

• Shipping and Handling fee is based on weight and destination of your package. Shopping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at kmariecreativeworld@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once it is in hands of the shipping carrier. Please make sure to double check your address and email before placing an order. If an item is lost or stolen please file a claim immediately with the shipping carrier.
