Refund policy

Before your order is completed you will receive an email with a "Mock up" of what the design would look like. This is the opportunity to approve or discuss what you would like changed or added before finalizing. Agreeing to the preview we will proceed to completing the item. 

Due to the items being customized and having the process to allow you to approve before item is completed, we do NOT offer refunds.
